AI Tools
How to choose, test and get real value from AI tools, without paying for subscriptions you do not need.
What this section covers
AI tools are the assistants and apps that draft, summarise or sort things for you. These guides help you choose which ones are worth paying for, write prompts that give useful drafts, and decide what a person should still check before anything reaches a customer.
Who the guides are for
Small business owners and freelancers who are comparing tools, or who already use an assistant and get uneven results.
Which guide to read first
- Choosing a tool: How to Choose AI Tools for Business.
- Putting several tools together: The AI Tool Stack for a One-Person Business.
- Getting better drafts: How to Write Better AI Prompts for Business.
- Customer messages: Using AI for Customer Support.
What Ai Spark has and has not tested
The prompts guide includes four controlled single-run tests in Claude, with invented inputs. The exact model was not independently verified, and one run per prompt is not a benchmark. We have not compared AI assistants side by side, so these guides teach how to choose rather than name a winner. The tool stack guide marks which tools we have tested, and guides without a test label are advice and examples, not test results.
