CRM
Organise leads and customers, build a sales pipeline that works, and automate your follow-ups.
What CRM means here
A CRM (customer relationship management tool) is the place where you keep your leads, your customers and the next step for each of them. It can be a spreadsheet or dedicated software such as GoHighLevel. The guides below cover when each makes sense and how to automate the follow-up without losing the personal touch.
Who the guides are for
Small business owners and freelancers who track enquiries in an inbox, notes or a spreadsheet and want to know when a CRM is worth it.

What Ai Spark has and has not tested
We built and ran the first steps of a lead follow-up in n8n (a form, a Google Sheets row and a Gmail draft), which the automation guide draws on. In HighLevel we looked at our own account read-only. We have not tested message sending or a complete form-to-follow-up run, so that guide relies on official documentation and clearly marked examples. The pipeline examples use made-up deals.
