I spent eight years inside real business operations — regional sales, running a 150-person BPO floor, coordinating vendors across three office builds, and managing a courier branch. That's where I learned how repetitive, manual work quietly eats a business's time.
Today I solve that problem with automation. I use n8n to connect the tools a business already runs on, layer in AI for the parts that need judgment — replying to a message, sorting a lead, writing a caption — and wire it into GoHighLevel so nothing falls through after the first response.
