What AI automation means here
Automation moves information between your apps by following rules you set: a form is submitted, the details are saved, a reply is prepared. AI automation adds a step where an AI model writes, sorts or summarises something along the way. Most of these guides cover the first part, because the plumbing has to work before an AI step is worth adding.
Who the guides are for
Small business owners, freelancers and one-person teams who handle enquiries, bookings or follow-ups by hand and want to know what is safe to automate. You do not need to code.

What Ai Spark has and has not tested
We built and ran one n8n workflow (form to Google Sheets to a Gmail draft, with no AI step and no email sent), and ran the same small Google Sheets task in n8n, Zapier and Make. We have not tested an AI step in a published workflow, or WhatsApp automation. Those parts rest on official documentation and are labelled that way.
